Caturra and Catuai Arabica variety for coffee with a rich body and a mild, delicate aroma with medium/high acidity. Like almost all Arabicas it undergoes two types of processing. Very popular in northern Europe, it has a mild, fruity aroma which is very pleasant in the cup.
