Blend including South American Arabicas like Brazilian and Colombian Santos, with the addition of a select Indian coffee like Mysore AAA, better known as “caffè del Beduino” (Bedouin coffee).
Our goal when selecting the coffees for this blend was to create a result in the cup that reflected the flavour and sweetness of honey as faithfully as possible. We then tried to think of a name that sparked the imagination and this led us to christen the blend “Nettare degli Dei” – the nectar of the gods. For bars keen on offering their customers a distinctive experience, this incredibly refined blend has notes of honey, almond, caramel and cacao, with a round aftertaste and such a rich sweetness that the addition of sugar is almost unnecessary.
