Blend composed of India Arabica Cherry, India Plantation Mysore, India Robusta Parchment (washed) and India Robusta Cherry, carefully selected to form a harmonious balance of structure, sweetness and persistence.
Sensory profile
In the cup it has a thick and compact cream of a deep hazelnut colour. The Arabica components bring smoothness, natural sweetness and notes of cacao and nuts, with delicate aromas of typical Indian spices.
The washed Robusta adds aromatic cleanliness, structure and elegance, while the natural Robusta brings lots of body, intensity and persistence, creating a velvety and lasting cream.
The result is a structured but silky espresso with low acidity, excellent roundness and a long finish with hints of dark chocolate and sweet spices.

Perfect for traditional Italian espresso, in which it fully expresses all of its depth and harmony. Also ideal for cappuccinos and milk-based drinks thanks to its ability to maintain its character and creaminess.
